Troubleshooting: Adding a Customer Outside Your Delivery Area

First, to check if a customer is in you service area, go to the Customer page, search the customer, hit the Show Delivery Routes button on the map, and confirm whether the customer is within a route area.

If you have a customer who is outside your delivery area but you would like to service them, you can update the delivery area on a route to cover their address.

If not, follow these steps to update the route:

  1. Go to Driver Page > Schedule tab.

  2. Click the route on the week view and then again on the day view.

  3. On the route's map, draw a polygon to extent the delivery area to cover the customer's location.

  4. Save the map and save the schedule.

The customer will now be serviced by this route and will be able to schedule via the app.
