If you're not seeing text reminder notifications being sent the night before to set your order out the following day, there are a few things you can check.
First, check the settings for recurring and one-time orders to see if the text reminder is turned on.
Next, check to see if you have the correct customer type selected (none/all/manage/non-managed).
