The Quick Drop is an easy way to build a claim check for a customer without fully detailing their order.
To use this feature:
On the home page hit the Quick Drop button and enter the customer's name.
Enter the quantities for each category and save.
A claim check will print for the customer.
The details of the quick drop will be added to the Special Instructions of the order.
Note that when you create a Quick Drop ticket, the items you select will not be automatically added to a "Quick Ticket". Instead, they will be noted in the Special Instructions section of the ticket. If you try to exit out of a Quick Drop ticket without adding any details, you will be prompted to delete the ticket, as it is considered a blank ticket.
You can disable certain categories from appearing in the Quick Drop menu by going to Setup -> Services and selecting the category you want to disable. Then, click the "Disable Category" button.
