Rescheduling a recurring order will permanently change the recurring schedule for that order.
For instance, consider a weekly recurring order that is scheduled for pickup on Monday and delivery on Wednesday. If you reschedule the delivery for that order to next Thursday, all orders that recur from that one order going forward will be scheduled for pickup on Monday and delivery on Thursday.
If you do not want to permanently update a recurring order, we recommend two options:
Set the customer to a permanent route schedule (Customer Account Page > in the head hit the "Change" button > set the permanent pickup and delivery days.
Create a separate one-time order to account for the one-time exception.
If you need to reschedule a pickup or delivery for a customer, you can do so from the Order Detail Page > Info panel.
