You can add and manage multiple locations for pickups from the customers account page -> contact tab. Via the edit button you can add or remove addresses as needed.

The customer can do the same via the app -> menu in the top left -> profile -> addresses section. They can also add an address on the address selection page that is part of the process of placing an order via the app.

The address that is marked as primary will be the default address to be used, both in the app and for the dashboard and both you and the customer can change this but do not need to.

When you create an order there is an address drop down on the left hand side of that page. You can select the address to use from that drop down.
