First, add services to your Services page with the leading word "Quick", such as "Quick Dry Cleaning".
The Quick Tickets intake process:
Create a new store order
Select the Q entry method at the top of the detail page
Add the quick items you created above
Print the ticket for the customer, move on to the next task
Come back to the order later and detail the items in full
Hit mark processing at this point it will split the QT off of the order and complete it
