If a customer replies STOP to a text coming from Starchup, the system will automatically stop sending texts to that number. You don't need to do anything on your end.
The customer can opt back in by texting "START".
You can also opt them out in the dashboard on the customer account page > Contact > Edit Contact Information > Opt-Out. You can opt a customer in with this method, too.
