The way the system works is that the dashboard sends a signal to our back end, our back end sends the signal to the printer and then the printer sends the signal along to the via the phone cord drawer.

In Printer Settings make sure that the Cash Drawer is created and the connected printer has the Connected Cash Drawer option selected.
