Some customer credit cards, including any added after the cards were exported from your previous processor, may not have migrated to Stripe for various reasons.

In these cases, we will continue to charge those customers' cards on your previous processor until you are able to re-enter the cards so that they save to Stripe. We recommend re-entering those cards as soon as possible.

If the deposits come from Braintree, the payouts will show as from "Stachup Inc." The old cards stored on your previous processor will show in the customer's account page as "(Disabled)".

The "CC Reconciliation" custom report is a great source of information for which accounts various transactions are coming from and going to.
