What are Prep Materials?
Prep materials are any links or materials that your players need to participate in your game.
Examples of Prep Materials include:
Discord server link
D&D Beyond campaign link
Foundry server link
Lines and Veils checklist link
Documents players need to read before the game
Why are Prep Materials required?
If your players don't have their prep materials, they can't participate in your game.
Ex: If a player never get the link to the Discord server where you host your games, there is no way for them to join the game.
It is up to you as the GM to make sure your players have what they need to start playing.
Are Prep Materials publicly visible?
Prep Materials are only shown to players who are booked in your game. ✅
Players browsing the website can't see your prep materials. ❌

GMs are required to add Prep Materials when creating a new Adventure:
