All payment is done through the StartPlaying.Games, if a GM asks for another payment form, please let us know. We process payments on our site to make sure players' payments are protected and refundable and prevent fraud.
When you sign up for a game we authorize a payment but do not process it until the game starts.
If you sign up for a campaign, you will be automatically charged at the start of every session. You can find your upcoming sessions on your player dashboard under adventures.
If your payment fails, we will send you an email with a link to fix your payment method.
