In a perfect world, every player would show up to every game, but sometimes life gets in the way and a player misses a session.

StartPlaying's policy is that if players miss a session or cancel a session within 24 hours it is up to the GM to decide whether or not they will issue a refund or not. We recommend that GMs allow refunds if the player experienced extenuating circumstances, but it is left to the GM to decide if it is within 24 hours of the skip game cut-off. You can also discuss other options with the Player, such as the next session being free or reduced cost.
