The Officials Pay system now allows you to make payment adjustments after you have already initiated the payment. This can be used if:
you had entered the incorrect payment amount
made the payment, and then realized they were supposed to be paid at a different rate for that game
NOTE: The adjustment Payment Only allows you to pay an official MORE than the original amount. Because our payment process automatically sends the money to the official’s bank account, we do not currently have a way to reverse the money flow from the official back into an athletic association’s account.
Making Adjustment Payments:
To make an adjustment follow these steps:
1. Go to the Business > Pay area
2. Select Payments
3. Find the bulk payment (this requires that you know when you originally paid the official), and click View
4. Now find the official payment that needs to be adjusted and click the three dot ellipse button.
5. Click Create Adjustment
6. This will open a pop up screen where you can:
verify the competition you are adjusting the payment for
set the amount of the adjustment
enter a description for why you are making the adjustment
and finish by then entering your wallet PIN to verify the payment.
7. Click Create Adjustment when you have verified the information is correct.
8. This will create an adjustment payment from your wallet to the official and update the total paid value.
Viewing Adjustment Payments
With the addition of payment adjustments there is also a new option to view the original payment and any adjustments.
When you are viewing a bulk payment you can click on any of the individual contract payments and it will expand a list displaying additional information such as:
the payment id
payment description
total amount paid to the official
the fee for that payment, and its total cost
You will also be able to see any adjustments made to that payment through the instructions above.
As you can see from this screenshot, the original payment was $55.12, then there was an adjustment of $10.00.
Reports
Reports for wallets have been added. Right now they are hidden and only viewable by Bound Admins.

The Wallet Summary Report allows the user to choose a date range and view:
which wallets were paid
how many payments were made to each wallet

As of right now this report will only be showing deposits. The report will show a list of all deposits for a date range along with some charts to display the values in the date range.

The Transfers reports will show all transfers (or payments) made within the date range. This will show each individual transfer made out of their account including transfers to cover the Bound Fee.
Transaction Volume Report
The Transaction Volume Report shows total transactions broken up into monthly intervals and allows the user to select a date range. It will also show 3 different charts showing the information.
Financial Statement Report
The Financial Statement Report shows graphical representations of all deposits, transfers (payments), fees, and withdrawals (not current implemented) for the given date range.

1099 Tax Report
The 1099 Tax Report shows all officials for a given year who will receive and be required to file using a 1099-MISC tax document. It shows each individual who was paid over $600 for the selected tax year as well as an option to be able to view each individual payment they received.
Annual Tax Summary Report
The Annual Tax Summary Report shows a summary for the entity of what their total payment and fees were for the given tax year.
Quarterly Tax Report
The Quarterly Tax Report shows a breakdown by quarter what the entity paid in total official payments, total fees (to Bound), as well as other break down information.
Updated UI For Official Pay
The Official Pay screen has been updated to show not only the total being paid to officials, but it now also includes the total fees owed to Bound. This is so that a payer does not try to pay more than what they have in their wallet.
