By default all emails sent form StatusCast come from noreply@statuscast.com, but for many organizations it is important to maintain a From address with your own domain. Setup the Mandrill integration to allow all incident emails to be sent using your account and From address.

To get started log into your Mandrill account and access the Settings > SMTP & API Info section. StatusCast needs an API key in order to send emails using your account, if you don't already have one that can be used then create one:

With the API Key, sign into your StatusCast admin portal(https://[yourapp].statuscast.com/admin) and navigate to the Integrations section. Locate the Mandrill card and select Install.

Enter your API key and the From Address for your Mandrill account, then click Install. Now all incident emails sent from your StatusCast account will be sent through your Mandrill account.

Note that user based emails, such as new user or password resets, will still be routed through StatusCast's email system.
