Accessing the New Customer Portal
Log into your Merchant Portal.
In the left-hand navigation, click Customer Porta
When you enter, you’ll see a default template pre-configured for you. This gives you a starting point, but everything can be customized.
Note: the Legacy Customer Portal is still where you will control Settings! All other controls have moved to the new Customer Portal section.
The Power of the New Portal: Total Layout Flexibility
The biggest upgrade in the new Customer Portal is layout control.
You can drag and drop components into eight flexible layout zones, allowing you to control:
Component width
Component placement
Visual hierarchy
Overall customer experience
Example Layout Possibilities
You can create combinations like:
A 3/4 width Next Shipment banner with a quarter-width Punch Card
A full-width Punch Card at the bottom of the page
Product cards that take up the full width
Smaller components stacked alongside larger ones
There are no fixed layouts - you control how everything fits together.
Adding, Rearranging, and Removing Components
Drag & Drop Components
Click and drag any component into your desired zone.
Resize and reposition to match your preferred layout.
Remove Components
Don’t want certain functionality visible? Simply click the component and click the trash can. This allows you to design a portal experience that matches your retention strategy.

Banner Ad Display Logic
If you're using banner ads, here’s how display works:
A full-width banner component will display the desktop banner upload.
A banner placed in a smaller-width zone will display the mobile banner version.
Be sure to upload both desktop and mobile creative to ensure proper responsiveness.
