A complete profile improves match quality and speeds up applications.
How to Access Your Profile
Click My Profile in the navigation menu (under Account section)
You will see the Profile page with two tabs: Personal & Location and Housing Preferences

Tab 1: Personal & Location
This tab contains two sections:
Personal Information
First name
Last name
Email address
Phone number
Profile picture (optional)
To edit:
Click the Edit button on the section
Update the fields
Click Save
Relocation Context
Are you relocating? (Yes/No)
Origin country (if relocating)
Relocation needs (e.g., visa support, school search, administrative help)
This helps StaysCo understand if you need additional relocation services.
Tab 2: Housing Preferences
This tab contains:
Housing Preferences
Looking for housing in (country/region)
Household size (just me, couple, family)
Pets (yes/no, type if yes)
Parking needed (yes/no)
Budget range (minimum and maximum monthly rent)
The budget slider lets you set your comfortable range. Drag the handles to adjust.
Step-by-Step: Completing Your Profile
Step 1: Click My Profile in the navigation
Step 2: On the Personal & Location tab, click Edit on Personal Information
Step 3: Fill in your first name, last name, and phone number. Email is pre-filled.
Step 4: Click Save
Step 5: Click Edit on Relocation Context if you are relocating
Step 6: Select your origin country and any relocation needs
Step 7: Click Save
Step 8: Switch to the Housing Preferences tab
Step 9: Click Edit and set your household size, pets, parking, and budget
Step 10: Click Save
Profile Completion Indicator
At the top of the Profile page, you see a completion percentage.

This shows how complete your profile is. A higher percentage improves match accuracy.
What Happens Next
Your profile data is saved and used when you create a housing request or apply to properties. You can update your profile at any time.

Only relevant information (e.g., household size, pets) is shared during applications. Your phone and email are shared only when necessary for booking.

Yes. You can update your budget at any time from the Profile page.
What if I do not know my exact move-in date?
What if I do not know my exact move-in date?
Your profile does not include a move-in date. That is set when you create a housing request.
