⛔ Can I Cancel a Swap After Sending?
In most cases, blockchain transactions are irreversible — once your funds are sent and confirmed on the network, the swap cannot be canceled or reversed.
StealthEX is non-custodial, meaning we don’t hold your funds or have control over them once they’ve been broadcast to the blockchain.
However, in some cases involving slower blockchains (such as BTC, LTC, or DOGE), we might be able to intercept the transaction before it’s exchanged — but this depends entirely on timing and network speed.
⏰ If you realize you’ve made a mistake (wrong amount, address, or memo/tag), contact our support team immediately. The sooner you reach out, the higher the chance we can pause or recover the transaction before it’s finalized.

If your swap seems stuck or delayed, reach out to our team with the following details so we can check its status and attempt recovery:

💰 Amount sent
💼 Wallet address used
🆔 Exchange ID (if available)
Our team will review the blockchain status and, if eligible, either complete, recover, or refund the transaction.
💡 Important Notes
Refunds are only possible if funds were received by StealthEX but not yet exchanged.
Once your crypto has been swapped and sent to the final address, it can no longer be canceled or reversed.
Always verify the amount, address, and network before sending to prevent errors.
