🔍 Most Common Reasons
If your swap didn’t complete successfully, it’s usually due to one of the following:
💰 Sent less than the required minimum amount
Each swap has a minimum limit set by liquidity providers.
If the amount sent is below that limit, the transaction can’t be processed automatically.
🧭 Incorrect or expired destination wallet address
Crypto sent to a wrong or outdated address cannot be credited or retrieved.
Double-check addresses carefully before confirming the swap.
🏷 Missing or incorrect memo/tag (for coins like XRP, XLM, ATOM, etc.)
Memos and destination tags route your funds correctly.
If they’re missing or incorrect, funds may not be automatically credited.
⛓ Blockchain congestion or market volatility
Heavy network load or unstable prices can temporarily interrupt or delay swaps.
In some cases, the provider cancels the operation automatically for safety.
🛠 What To Do
Check your transaction on the blockchain
Use your wallet or a blockchain explorer to confirm the transaction status.
Copy your TX hash (transaction hash)
This is a unique identifier used to locate your payment on the network.
Contact our support team
Share both your Exchange ID and TX hash via the chat button in the bottom-right corner or email support@stealthex.com.
Our team will investigate and attempt recovery if possible.
💬 Important Notes
Transactions on the blockchain are irreversible, but if funds were received on our side, our team can usually manually recover them.
Always double-check amounts, addresses, and memos/tags before sending to prevent future issues.
Network delays and volatility-related failures are usually temporary — you can retry once conditions stabilize.
✅ Quick Tip
To avoid failed swaps, always:
Send at least the minimum amount shown on the swap page
Double-check the destination address and memo/tag
Use Fixed Rate if you want to lock in your exchange amount despite market movement
