We get energy data from your utility, and we use that data to calculate your points for a given #OhmHour. After an #OhmHour is over, you'll see "TBD" on your dashboard until we get that info from your utility. This usually takes about 2 days. Read more about it here and here.
What if shows "SCE Issue" or "PG&E Issue" or "SDG&E Issue"?
If it's been longer than 3 days, you'll see an error on your dashboard like this:
This is because your utility has not sent meter info for this #OhmHour. We're waiting on them to send this data to us, so we can see if you used less energy and give you points.
What you can do to help:
It helps to tell your utility that there's an issue! The more people that report these lapses in energy information, the faster we can get things resolved.
Reach out to your utility directly and tell them you're a member of OhmConnect, and that you're missing information for the specific date and time.
