SCE is aware of an issue with their website where uses who try to connect their utility are seeing the following error message, or something similar:

SCE is working to fix this issue, and hope to have the website up and running again soon.

We will update this FAQ daily until this issue is resolved.

Update - 9/19/2019:
SCE's website is still having issues, and users still cannot advance to Silver.
