🔌 Here’s a simple step-by-step guide to connect your Shopify store to Stellar. The whole process takes just a few minutes.
1. In your Shopify settings, click on 'Apps and sales channels'.
2. Click on 'Develop apps' in the top-right corner.
3. Click on 'Create an app'.
4. Name the app and click on 'Create app'.
You can name the app however you like. We suggest naming it 'Stellar'.
5. Go to the 'Configuration' tab and select the following access:
read_discountsread_orders
6. The two access points you have selected should appear in the 'Selected' tab.
7. Click 'Save', then 'Install' the app.
8. Retrieve the store URL and token.
Once the app is installed:
Copy your Shopify store URL (top-left corner)
The URL needs to end with 'myshopify.com'. If you have changed your domain name, please go to the 'Domains' tab in the left side menu and copy the URL ending with 'myshopify.com'.
Click on Reveal token once to access your API token
⚠️ Note: The token can only be revealed once.
9. Add the details on Stellar.
Add the following information to your Stellar account:
Your Shopify store URL
The generated token
