Because you only have 5 profiles included in your subscription! Please contact us if you want to add more users to your account. 

We will teach you how to do it: If you want to create or organize your users, you can head to your settings by clicking on your name on the upper right side of the screen.

In the drop-down menu, click on the "Settings" button and on "Users". Then you will be able to activate or deactivate the users by clicking on the "Action" button.
