Clearing cache is a fast and easy way to troubleshoot and can result in a smoother Stenovate experience.

Here are the steps to clear your cache:

  1. Go to any page on app.stenovate.com

  2. Click the lock icon in the URL bar

  3. Click Cookies & Site Data

  4. Click Manage Cookies & Site Data

  5. Click the trash icon to the right of app.stenovate.com

  6. Reload (refresh) the page

  7. Log into Stenovate

2. Click the lock icon in the URL bar

3. Click Cookies & Site Data

4. Click Manage Cookies & Site Data

5. Click the trash icon to the right of app.stenovate.com

6. Reload (refresh) the page.

7. Log into Stenovate

When you clear your cache & cookies, you will be logged out of Stenovate and will need to log into Stenovate again.
