What is Stenovate? How does Stenovate work?

Updated over a week ago

Stenovate is a transcript management software platform that was created to assist court reporters with organizing their workflow and transcript production.

Scopists and proofreaders subscribe to Stenovate for the purposes of connecting and collaborating with court reporters. Within Stenovate, you can create a transcript workspace, connect with teammates (scopists and proofreaders) through the job boards, invite your teammates to your workspaces for collaboration, upload/download files and audio, receive progress updates from your teammates as they perform their services, and communicate directly within the platform via the chat feature or the workspace itself.

We do not employ any of the individuals on Stenovate, but we are more than happy to assist you in connecting with great teammates who have received stellar reviews!

We offer a 30-day free trial to all new members, and we have monthly and annual plans to choose from once your free trial comes to an end. The monthly plan is $39/month and the annual plan is $390/year. Stenovate is also a tax write-off! The free trial will give you the opportunity to test out the platform and decide for yourself whether or not Stenovate is the right tool for you at this time. And if it's not, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
