Troubleshooting Your Stenovate Chat

Stenovate Chat Not Loading

Stenovate's chat feature is supplied by a third-party provider. We've seen a few instances where members have issues with the chat loading, leading to our members' inability to utilize this feature. Below is a troubleshooting guide that could possibly remedy this issue.


Stenovate is optimized for its best performance when operated in Google Chrome. If you are running Stenovate in Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Safari, or any other web browser, you may experience issues such as having to continuously sign in upon navigating to different pages within the Stenovate platform.

To troubleshoot your Stenovate chat, begin with opening your Google Chrome web browser.

1. In the top right corner, click on the three vertical dots:


2. In the options provided, scroll until you find the Settings option and click on Settings.

3. Within Settings, you will see a panel on the left side of your screen. It is here that you will select Privacy and Security:


4. Once you are in the Privacy and Security settings, scroll down and select Site Settings:


5. Once you are in the Site Settings, scroll until you find the Pop-ups and Redirects option under Content:


6. Under Customized Behaviors, you will notice two sections: Not Allowed To Send Pop-ups Or Use Redirects; and Allowed To Send Pop-ups And Use Redirects.

Under the Allowed section, click on Add and type www.stenovate.com and then click on Add again:



7. Once you have added Stenovate to the Allow Pop-ups And Use Redirects section, close your browser and then open your Stenovate account to verify whether or not your Stenovate account is now functioning as it should.
