Firstly, ensure you have finalised your STEPtember registration as an App account is created once you have finalised your STEPtember registration. Check here: https://www.steptember.org.au/register/invite/au

Next, check that you have the most up to date STEPtember App and you may need to delete any old STEPtember Apps and reinstall the new app.

To check which version of the App you have installed, log in and go to MENU, scroll down to 'Check for Updates' - see below:

If you’re experiencing issues with logging in into our STEPtember App, make sure you have followed all our APP troubleshooting tips.

Here are 4 quick tips to also help you:

  1. Triple check you are using the correct email address and password, and ensure spelling is correct (check if CAPS lock is on)?

  2. Reset your password in your account on the STEPtember website?

  3. Check your WIFI/4G and disconnect from the WIFI?

  4. Delete and re-download the app?

If you’re still having issues, you can:

  1. Reset your password in your account

  2. Log in again to the STEPtember website with your refreshed password

  3. Try to log in to the app again

  4. Check in with a colleague or family member – can they log into your account using your credentials via their STEPtember App? If they can log in successfully, please try to reset the network settings of your device. Please find below a link to the reset instructions. Please note, this will remove your saved Wi-Fi passwords, so please make sure you know them before continuing.
