What happens if the Field Trip bus is running late?

Generally, our teams are back just before 5pm (5:30pm NY) for pick-up. However, on rare occasions there may be traffic or other small delays. If for any reason, our team is running 10+ minutes late, we’ll email all registered families to update them on our timeline.
