Do you offer refunds for unused purchased Day Passes?
Yes! Per usual, we will automatically refund all unused purchased Day Passes in full at the end of each camp season. If you purchased a Summer Pass and end up using less than 30 days, we'll calculate what you would have paid at the daily rate, and then refund you the difference automatically.
Refunds may also be requested manually by logging into your account, navigating to the Billing Tab, and clicking the 'Refund Paid Day Passes' button. Manual refund requests must be submitted before the end of the camp session. Automatic refunds for unused paid passes occur mid-September for summer sessions, and within one business day after holiday periods. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method; if electronic refunds are not possible, a paper check will be issued and can take 4-6 weeks.
If you'd like to initiate a refund before it's automatically processed, please log in to your account and use the 'Refund Paid Day Passes' option available under the 'Billing Tab'.
Transactions
You can see any previously issued refunds by logging into your account and navigating to the 'Billing' tab. Any processed refunds will be listed under 'Transactions'.
Refunds for unused passes will also be visible here, with details about the processing method, status, and expected timeline. Ensure your billing details are correct to avoid processing delays.
Please note that the distinction between retail passes and Back-Up Care days means that Back-Up Care days must be used on the dates selected during booking, whereas retail passes offer greater flexibility for date changes.
