Getting an error or struggling to submit your photo?

Submitting the photo should only take a few minutes, so we are so sorry you are having trouble with it! We can most likely work through the issue in this article, but please reach out to customer service if it's still not working. Just a reminder, you are NOT logging into your affiliate account to submit a photo. You must submit your photos through our website. (Stickr.co then click "Verify Decal Installation")

Email ID already exists
Sometimes if you click the submit button twice, the "email ID already exists" error will pop up. Have no fear! Your photo definitely went through! We will email you as soon as we review the picture. 

Incorrect PayPal email
If you are trying to submit with a paypal.me/ this is not what we need. We need the email you use for PayPal. If your PayPal email is different from your submission email, please try using the same email for both. After, contact customer service to update your PayPal email. If it's still not working, please contact us :)

Image too small or big
Please adjust the file size and re-submit. 

Click on I agree box to proceed
This means you haven't read through our terms and conditions yet. Click "Terms & Conditions" above the check box to open it in a new tab and read through it. After, check the "Yes, I agree" box and click submit. 

Incorrect Login Info
The Affiliate Login through stickr.co is just for the affiliate program, not your campaign. If you need to submit a photo of your campaign, you can do so directly through our website (stickr.co) and no log in is required.
