It takes 3-7 business days after your order is placed for the decal to arrive. Delays are expected when there is a holiday. Any order placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday is shipped on Monday. If it hasn't been 7 business days yet, hold off on contacting customer service. Your decal will most likely be there soon :) However, if it's been more than 7 business days, let's figure this out...

We texted you as soon as your order shipped your shipping address. Please review the text we sent you to confirm the address is correct. If it is correct, please text us back and let us know that the address we shipped your original order to is correct but you still haven't received it. If it's not correct, please text us back and let us know that the address is incorrect so you need a replacement shipped.
