Checking in and out of your shifts with Stint is designed to be quick and seamless! Make sure you do this promptly on every shift so your Manager can keep track and ensure you are paid correctly.
To check-in to a shift:
1. Open the Stint for Partners app
The 'check-in' button will appear underneath your next shift on the homepage in the Stint app (up to 15 minutes before the shift starts). Click 'Check-in' when you have arrived.
2. Scan the QR code
You will be prompted to scan the restaurant's QR code. Your Manager should have one printed out and displayed clearly. If this is not the case, you can also access the QR code via your Manager's Stint account.
3. And that's it!
If successful, you should get a 'You're checked in!' message pop-up on the app.
Please note: You may sometimes encounter errors with the QR code if there's limited
signal, or the QR code is not printed clearly. If this occurs, let your Manager know and they can check you in manually instead.
Important! Always remember to check out of your shift to ensure your hours and pay are accurate. If you do not check out within 3 hrs after a shift is finished, Stint will automatically check you out at the scheduled time.
