If you need a full week off from your Stint Team, whether for exams, assignment deadlines, or a well-deserved break, marking yourself as unavailable for an entire week is not the correct process.
You must book holiday!
The Unavailability tool is only meant for blocking out specific times during your week (like lectures or appointments). It cannot be used to take an entire week off.
How to book holiday:
Request your time off directly via Live Chat in the app.
Please submit your holiday request as far in advance as possible, so our team can approve it and cover your shifts.
đ¨Important: Do not simply block out every day using the Unavailability tool. If you mark yourself unavailable for an entire week without an approved holiday request, you will still be expected to meet your weekly Stint commitment.
