For UK/Irish passport holders:

If your UK/Irish Passport digital check was unsuccessful previously, don't worry. You can make another attempt via the Persona flow within the Stint app. When you do this, ensure you're using your UK/Irish passport and that your face is clearly visible during the biometric screening.

However, if you prefer, we also offer the option to verify your Right to Work in person. You can schedule an in-person check at our London office by reaching out on live chat.

For sharecode holders:

If your sharecode check has been unsuccessful, please retry and ensure that the date of birth you submit matches your record, and that your sharecode is in date (these only last for 90 days). If this is out of date, then you may need to re-apply to obtain a new one: https://www.gov.uk/prove-right-to-work/get-a-share-code-online
