As with any part-time job, it is important to arrive on time and notify us if you encounter any delays. You play a vital role at our Partner businesses, often during their busiest times of the day, so arriving late can cause major disruption.
Arriving late will result in a strike and your pay will be docked accordingly. In cases where you are very late, you may be unassigned from the Stint and you will not be paid.
Turning up to Stints late repeatedly may also result in being removed from your Stint Team and losing access to perks including next day pay and increased hourly rates.
Here’s some of our top tips to ensure you’re always on time:
We recommend arriving around 10 minutes early so you have some buffer time. This also gives you time to check-in with the QR code and drop off your belongings before the start of your Stint.
Research your journey ahead of time and check for possible delays or cancellations if you are using public transport.
