💻 Where do I go to access the course?

You’ll log in at app.stocknavigators.com. This is your Student Portal — it includes all your course videos, coaching call recordings, pre-submitted questions, and indicator downloads. Everything you need is there in one place!


📱 Can I watch the course videos on my phone?

Yes! The easiest way is to download the Kajabi app from the App Store or Google Play. Once it’s installed, just log in with the same email and password you use for the Student Portal.


🔊 The videos aren’t playing properly on my phone. What should I do?

If you're using Android, try switching to the Firefox browser — it tends to fix common issues with playback and audio. The Kajabi app also works great if you're having trouble through a browser.


🖥️ I can’t get the videos to play in full screen.

Try using Google Chrome. It’s the most reliable for full-screen playback. If you're using a different browser, switching to Chrome usually solves this right away.


⏳ The videos are lagging or look blurry.

Click the ⚙️ gear icon on the video player and change the resolution to a lower setting (780p). This can help a lot if your internet connection is a bit slow or unstable.


🌐 What’s the best browser to use overall?

Google Chrome is usually the smoothest experience across the board. If you're on Android or having video issues, Firefox is also a great backup.
