❓What are Coaching Calls?
Coaching calls are live Q&A sessions with our coaches. You'll have questions while going through the course, and these sessions allow you to get personalized help and learn from the questions other students are asking. Our instructors typically start with a recap of the trades they made that morning, and then answer your pre-submitted questions!
We recommend starting with the beginner call on Tuesdays, where we focus on answering questions from Chapters 1-3 in the course.
📅 When are the Coaching Calls?
Here is the weekly schedule:
Monday Coaching Call: 7 pm EST/ 4 pm PST
Tuesday Beginner Coaching Call: 7 pm EST/ 4 pm PST
Wednesday Coaching Call: 7 pm EST/ 4 pm PST
Thursday Coaching Call: 7 pm EST/ 4 pm PST
Friday Happy Hour: 7 pm EST/ 4 pm PST
(We will always send you an email and make an announcement in Discord if a coaching call is canceled - we typically cancel them on major holidays)
📹 How do I join a Coaching Call?
Coaching calls are hosted in Zoom. One hour before the call starts, you will be emailed a personal link to join from Zoom.
For Friday Happy Hour, Cleve will post the link to join in the Discord #bonus-sessions channel.
📫How do I submit a question for a coaching call?
You can submit questions here. Submit questions day of the meeting as a comment to the announcement post in the pre-submitted coaching call portal linked above.

📑 I have a question, but I'm not able to attend the next Coaching Call. What should I do?
No worries! We record every single Coaching Call and upload it in your student portal under "Coaching Call Recordings." You can pre-submit your question as usual, the instructor will answer it, and you can view it in the recording the following day.
🍻 What is Friday Happy Hour?
Friday Happy Hour is a casual, supportive Zoom session where you can connect with other students, ask questions, and stay motivated. It’s hosted by a team member and it’s a great way to stay engaged and not feel like you're doing this alone!

📧 I didn’t receive the call link — what should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first — sometimes the call emails get filtered. If it’s not there, you can always find the Zoom link in your Student Portal under the "Coaching Call Recordings" tab. The links are posted in advance for your convenience. You can also use the link from a prior email. If you still are not able to access your link, you can reach out to support@stocknavigators.com, and we can send it to you.
🔗 I’m having trouble joining a Zoom call.
Double-check that you're clicking the correct link and that you’re logged into Zoom. If you’re still having issues, try restarting your device and joining from a different browser (Chrome works best).
🆔 How do I create a Zoom account?
Go to zoom.us and click “Sign Up” in the top right corner. It’s free and only takes a minute. Once you’re signed in, you’ll be able to join all coaching calls without any trouble.
