In Stockagile, within a product's stock table, you can view and create draft transfers without having to switch screens. This ensures you do not lose track of your stock locations and allows you to create transfers more easily and accurately, all from one place.
Requirements to view a product's stock levels and stock movements
You must have a product created. You can see how to create a product in the Create a Product section.
A product's stock levels are visible to all users. You can see the different user roles in the Create or Edit a User section.
Creating and editing draft transfers
Go to the side menu and click the Products button within the CATALOG section.
The product list will appear. Click on the product you want to view.
Once on the product's page, click the STOCK tab > STOCK.
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the header of the stock table.
Check the "Edit transfer orders" option.
Close the menu by clicking on any empty area of the screen.
When you hover over the units being transferred, the cursor will be activated:
The first click selects the variant and location from which you want to make the transfer.
The second click selects the destination of the transfer.
A pop-up window will appear on the right side of the screen where you can:
Create draft transfers: in the "Create new transfer draft" section, enter the units, the origin (From) and the destination (To), then click "Add transfer".
Edit draft transfers: in the "Edit transfer drafts" section you will see the product's existing drafts with their units, origin and destination.
Clicking on the transfer reference will open a new tab with the draft transfer, allowing you to complete the entire process from there.
Step 4: open the three-dot menu (⋮) of the stock table
Step 5: check "Edit transfer orders"
Preview Draft Transfers
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the header of the stock table.
Check the "Previsualize transfer drafts" option (only available if the product has draft transfers).
Close the menu by clicking on any empty area of the screen.
The numbers will change, and you'll see the current transfer drafts so you can edit them and open them in a new tab to complete the process.
