Stockagile lets you create the Sendcloud labels of several ecommerce orders at once, directly from the orders list. It is the fastest way to prepare your shipments once the products have been picked.
To label a single order from its page, see How to send an order to Sendcloud.

Have shipping boxes created, especially if you use volumetric weight.
Make sure the orders have a customer with a complete shipping address. You can check it in Create or edit a customer.
Steps to label your orders in bulk with Sendcloud

Tick the box of each order you want to label.
Click the arrow of the labels button, at the top right of the list, and select TAG WITH SENDCLOUD.

Fill in the “Generate labels with Sendcloud” pop-up:
Use volumetric weight: With this option active, the weight is calculated from the dimensions of the shipping box, which you choose in the Package field. Without it, the weight of the products is used.
Print delivery notes and labels: Prints the delivery notes along with the labels.
Shipping method: “Use Sendcloud shipping rules” applies the shipping rules of your Sendcloud account; “Order shipping method” uses the one that comes with each order.
Label print order: Order in which the labels are printed: in picking order, by SKU or by stock location, normal or reverse.

Click GENERATE LABELS. If you have a connected printer, the labels are printed directly; if you use the system printer, they open in a new window.
Click the “Prepared” tab to see the labelled orders.
When you finish, the labelled orders move from “Picked” to “Prepared” and their shipments are created in your Sendcloud account.
Keep in mind:
If an order cannot be labelled, the pop-up shows a table with each order and the error detected.
To download labels that were already generated, select the orders in “Prepared”, open the same button and click DOWNLOAD.
The labels button remembers the last option you chose, so next time you can click its icon directly.
