Stockagile lets you invoice your franchises for the delivery notes you send them from head office. Depending on the franchise’s invoicing method, you invoice their transfers (firm sale) or their sales (consignment sale).
Requirements to invoice a franchise
The user must have the OWNER, RETAIL MANAGER or WHOLESALE MANAGER role. You can see the different roles in Create or edit a user.
Have the franchise set up, with its invoicing contact and linked to its location. You can see how in Set up a franchise for invoicing.
Steps to invoice a franchise
Go to the INVOICES section from the side menu, under INVOICING.
Click the NEW INVOICE button.

In the “Add delivery note” pop-up, click the tab that matches the franchise’s invoicing method:
Franchise transfers: For franchises on firm sale: shows the transfers between head office and the franchise that are pending invoicing.
Franchise sales: For franchises on consignment sale: shows the franchise’s sales that are pending invoicing.
Tick the delivery notes you want to invoice and click ADD.

Review the lines added to the invoice and their amounts.

Click EMIT to generate the final invoice.
When you finish, the invoice is issued with the products of the selected delivery notes, and those delivery notes no longer appear as pending invoicing.
Keep in mind:
By default the pop-up only shows the delivery notes of the invoice’s contact; untick “Show only the invoice’s contact delivery notes” to see them all.
Choose the pricing tier before adding delivery notes: if you change it afterwards, you will have to delete the lines and add them again.
The franchise contact must have a billing address to issue the invoice.
To apply a discount or an early payment discount, fill it in on the invoice before emitting it.
