Stockspot has changed cash account providers to Monoova, one of Australia’s leading payments providers. This change will provide Stockspot clients with faster deposit and withdrawal options.
Here's how to access your new details in your Stockspot dashboard and app.
Step 1: Getting Started
Log into your ‘Stockspot dashboard’
Step 2: Inside your dashboard
1. In the navigation pane (located on the left hand side) you will see the option ‘transfer money’.
2. Select the link, then choose ‘deposit’:
3. Here you will find your new details:
Step 3: Using the ‘Stockspot app’
You can also access your new details through the app by opening the
‘deposit’ section of the mobile app.
Important reminder: Please update these details (BSB and account number) in your personal banking system so that future deposits go into your new cash account.
