◆ If you made your payment in ETH (or any crypto other than USDT) Stoic will not be able to accept them automatically!

We accept fees in USDT-only!
Please send a message into the in-app chat and we will accept your fees manually!

◆ If you made your payment in several transfers (for example you paid 100 USDT and then 50 USDT for the 150 USDT fees), Stoic will not be able to accept your fees automatically!

Please send a message into the in-app chat and we will accept them manually!

◆ If you sent perfect amount, equal to what Stoic asked you to and fees are still not accepted, please don't worry!

Due to the unpredictable transaction fees, sometimes they can exceed the limit set by us to accept payment automatically, so users wouldn't need to worry about transaction fees.

If the exceeding happened: don't worry! Please send a message into the in-app chat and we will accept them manually!

◆ If you sent much more than needed in the hope of using the excess later for paying future deposits, sadly, your fees will not be accepted. Stoic doesn't sum fees, so you only need to pay what Stoic asks you to pay.

If you have already done that, please send a message into the in-app chat and we will accept your current fees and your "credit" future fees manually (don't forget to write us next time you deposit!).

◆ If you mistakenly sent us funds you want Stoic to manage instead of just sending us fees (Stoic will always ask you to send us fees only!), that's a refund case.

No need to worry, just send a message into the in-app chat. Make sure you don't forget to tell us the refund address! You will be refunded within a week.

◆ If you have made several deposits and Stoic asks you several fees, make payments in order down-up, so fees showed first in the list should be payed last, otherwise there's a possibility, Stoic won't accept some of the payments automatically.

If you pay the sum of several fees with one payment, Stoic will not be able to accept them automatically!

Anyway, send a message into the in-app chat and we will accept them manually!

Please keep in mind: the ETH-address Stoic gives you was generated for you only and tied to your mail in our database, so there's no way for your payment to get lost!
