Stokkup supports various email templates for emailing out documentation from the system to your clients / vendors. Please see the breakdown below:

Invoice_order => This template is for emailing invoices to your clients. It is triggered from the order screen. (We're also adding this same trigger for the invoice screen).

Order_info => This template is for emailing out the estimate to your clients. It is triggered from the order screen (only when the status is "estimate").

Receive_order => This template is for emailing out the receiving manifest to either the vendor or the client to explain any missing or damaged items.

Purchase_order => This template is for emailing out the purchase order out to the vendor.

Art_screen => This template is for emailing out the art approval from the Art module. It will have the art approval PDF attached to the email (which can also be downloaded instead of emailed if you prefer).
