How to Obtain Stokkup Integration Keys

UPS API Access Key

In order to integrate UPS shipping and label services, you’ll need to obtain a UPS API Access Key and an Account Number. If you know your login information, this will be easy to obtain.

  1. Go to this link.

  2. Click either “Sign Up” or “Log In” within the “How to Get Started” section, depending on whether you have an account already.

  3. Once you are logged in / signed up, click the “Request an Access Key” link in the same section as above.

  4. Fill out the primary and secondary contact information.

  5. Click “Request Access Key”, and copy the key on the next page.

  6. Obtain your account number (sometimes referred to as “Shipper Number”, by navigating to one of your invoices on UPS.com.

  7. Navigate to Stokkup

  8. Click on “Settings”, and then click on “Integrations”

  9. Under the UPS tab, fill out the following information

  10. Contact support@stokkup.com for additional instructions.

License Key: this is the access key you just obtained 

Access UserName: this is the username used to sign into UPS.com

Access Password: this is the password used to sign into UPS.com

Account Number: this is the UPS account number you obtained from your invoice

Test Mode: set this to “No” if you’re ready to use this integration

Fedex Key

In order to integrate FedEx services, you’ll need to obtain a Production Key, Meter Number, Production Account Number, and Production password. If you know your login information, this is easy to obtain.

  1. Go to this link.

  2. If you have an account, sign in. If you do not have an account, click “Sign Up Now!”

  3. Once you are logged in / signed up, click “Move to Production” (fourth option).

  4. Click “Get Production Key” under the heading “Moving to Production”.

  5.  A questionnaire will open in a new window. Fill out all of the form fields, and make sure you select the following options:

  6. “No”

  7. “Fed Ex Web Sevices for Shipping”

  8. “Corporate Developer”

  9. On the next two pages, you’ll have to accept the terms of use, and then confirm all of your contact / account information.

  10. The next page will display the Production Key and Meter Number associated with your account. Write both of these down.

  11. Obtain your Production Account Number from within “Account Management” in “My Profile”, which can be found at the top of the page.

  12. Check the email associated with your FedEx account. You will have received an email with your Production Password.

  13. Navigate to Stokkup

  14. Click on “Settings”, and then click on “Integrations”

  15. Under the Fed Ex tab, fill out the following information

  16. Contact support@stokkup.com for additional instructions.

Key: this is the production key you just obtained 

Password: this is the production password received via email

Account Number: this is the account number you obtained from your profile

Meter Number: this is the meter number you just obtained

Test Mode: set this to “No” if you’re ready to use this integration

Authorize.net Key 

In order to access the Authorize.net Payment API, you will need to obtain both the Authorize.net “Transaction Key”, and “API Login”. If you know your login information, this is easy to obtain.

  1. Go to this link.

  2. Click on the “Account” tab in the navigation bar at the top of the screen.

  3. Click “Settings” in the sidebar on the left. 

  4. There will be three main sections on this page: “Transaction Format Settings”, “Security Settings”, and “Business Settings”. 

  5. Under the “Security Settings” heading, there are two sub-headings: “Fraud Settings”, and “General Security Settings”

  6. Click “API Credentials & Keys” under “General Security Settings”

  7. At the bottom of the page, there will be a field in which you will be prompted to input the answer to your previously selected “secret question”. Enter the answer and select one of the following options (you’ll need both):

  8. “New Transaction Key”

  9. “New Signature Key”

  10. Click submit.

  11. Navigate to Stokkup

  12. Click on “Settings”, and then click on “Integrations”

  13. Under the Authorize tab, fill out the following information

  14. Contact support@stokkup.com for additional instructions.

API Login: this is the signature key you just obtained 

API Transaction Key: this is the transaction key you just obtained

Test Mode: set this to “No” if you’re ready to use this integration

Quickbooks

In order to integrate Quickbooks with your Stokkup account, you will need the username and password associated with your account. You will need to add the products & services into quickbooks under invoices (download file to import for products & services).

  1. Navigate to Stokkup

  2. Click on “Settings”, and then click on “Integrations”

  3. Under the Quickbooks tab, click on “Connect with Quickbooks”

  4. You will be redirected to either a new tab or a pop up, with a login page

  5. Log in to Quickbooks on that page, and then it will redirect you back to Stokkup

  6. There should be two new buttons: “Setup” and “Unlink”

  7. Click “Setup” - the system will begin to process the linking procedure, after which your two accounts will be linked

  8. If you wish to remove this Quickbooks account at any time, simply return to the integrations page and click “Unlink” (you will need to deactivate it from your quickbooks under my apps)

S&S Key

In order to integrate S&S with your Stokkup account, you’ll need to email your S&S representative and ask for your account number and S&S API key.k

  1. Navigate to Stokkup

  2. Click on “Settings”, and then click on “S&S”

  3. Under the S&S tab, fill out the following information

Username: this is the account number 

API Key: this is the API key received from S&S

Test Mode: set this to “No” if you’re ready to use this integration

Mailchimp

In order to integrate Mailchimp with your Stokkup account, you’ll need to obtain your API key and List ID. First, go to Mailchimp.com, and sign in. Then:

API Key:

  1. Click your profile name to expand the Account Panel, and choose  Account.

  2. Click the  Extras drop-down menu and choose  API keys.

  3. Scroll down to the section titled “Your API Keys” 

  4. Select “Create A Key” 

  5. Name your key descriptively, so you know what application uses that key, and then write down or copy your key

List ID:

  1. Click “Lists” in the navigation bar at the top of the page.

  2. Select the list you wish to use with Stokkup (if you are creating a new list, just create one named after your company).

  3. Click the "Settings" and then click "List name & defaults". 

  4. Your list id will be at the top of the right column below List ID. 

  5. Copy or write down your list ID

Stokkup

  1. Navigate to Stokkup

  2. Click on “Settings”, and then click on “Mailchimp”

  3. Under the Mailchimp tab, fill out the following information

API Key: this is the API key copied from Mailchimp

List ID: this is the List ID copied from Mailchimp

Test Mode: set this to “No” if you’re ready to use this integration
