How to Use the Stokkup Dashboard

The first module listed in the Stokkup sidebar is the Stokkup Dashboard. This tool is accessible only to shop owners, and facility managers within Stokkup.

The purpose of the dashboard is to give high-level staff the ability to gauge the performance of their shop at a high level, as well as to give access to high-level statistics on the performance of specific sales / account management team members.

Accessing the dashboard is simply - just click on it in the sidebar. All of the data is accurate as of the time you last clicked on it. If you'd like to refresh the data in the dashboard, simply click on the module icon again.

Some of the data points you can observe:

  • Number of orders in production

  • Number of estimates (quotes) in the system

  • Total sales closed (by time period & by sales member)

  • Yearly gross compare

  • Average order size & amount

  • Latest orders

  • Number of orders paid on time & in full

  • Number of orders with unpaid balances

  • Number of orders not sent to QBO

  • Number of orders to be shipped as of now
