You can use the "Notes" tab to keep track of client specific details. This can be used at your discretion, for whatever kind of information you'd like to have at your fingertips.
1. Select a client.
2. Navigate to the "Notes" tab.
3. You will see three columns: "Created By", "Note", and "Date Added". Clicking on either of these column headers will reorganize the column.
4. To add a note, simply click "Add New".
5. To edit a note, simply click the "action menu", and click "Edit Notes".
6. To delete a note, simply click the "action menu", and click "Delete Notes".
