If you've already set up a default tax rate for a client, but want to set up a new tax rate on a specific order, you can do that by using the "tax" cell on an order. Here's how:

1. Navigate to the order in question

2. Locate the order summary on the right of the page

3. Within the order summary, you'll find the "tax" cell (pictured below)

4. Select the state & tax rate you'd like to store for this client

5. Once you've done so, that combination will be saved for future re-use within the drop-down next to the tax cell

6. Now, just click on the drop-down and select the combination you just entered
