The system will pull in a default value for garment markup from the Client module, however as with most things in the system, you are free to change this after the fact. If you're configuring a design and find that you would like to override the garment markup on this garment in particular, simply type in the field pictured below

Notice that the garment price will change depending on what you type in there.
