Start with setting up a Shift.

Add the shift name or number ( 1st , 2nd, 3rd)
Add the shift hours (these can be adjusted if you move to mandatory 12โ€™s or 10โ€™s)
Add the days that the shift is working. (Mon -Fri)

Setting Up a Press

Add the following for setting up your press.

Name - ( press 1 or name the machine of your choice)

Set up time - 6min per screen is industry standards. ( but you can adjust for your abilities)

Run Rate - should be 100% meaning that the machine is able to eventually get to its full run rate. If your only using the press for posters or oversized printing you can lower the % to allow capacity to be more accurate

Order Size is used to gage full Run Rate 1 imp - 1000 imp getting you to your max run speed. Anything under 500 impressions we have pulled industry data that shows your unable to achieve full run speeds with consistent load and not stopping for flashes or press adjustments. If you do not have orders over a 1000 imps that is not an issue you can adjust your factor or leave the factor and just adjust your Run Rates.

The Factor is a percent of the Run Rate based on the qty of the job. 1= 100%. .5 = 50% Run Rate.
