1. Navigate to the Shipping module
2. Locate the order in question
3. Click on the "Ship" button on the far right-hand side of the row
4. Locate the shipment in question (if more than one) & click on it
5. Scroll to the bottom of the page
6. Locate the blue button labeled "View Defects and Damages" & then click on it
