[Affiliate Order] How to Send an Order to Another Shop

Creating an order is easy with Stokkup - sending one to another shop is even easier. The process we've built out is incredibly straight forward, and relies on a 4 part system:

1. Sending the order

2. Revising the order

3. Sending Art Approvals

4. Sending shipping updates

In order to send an order to an affiliated shop, you must first create one in your own system. You can refer to one of our many help articles on the subject of creating an order if you aren't familiar with the process. Let's assume that you're starting with a fully built-out order containing designs, products, and distribution addresses.

Sending an Order to an Affiliate

1. Once your order is ready to be sent, simply click "Assign/Split Affiliate" in the orders module

2. Click "Add Affiliate", and select the designs / products you'd like to send

3. You'll now see an "Affiliate Order" at the bottom of your screen

4. Click on the Affiliate ID at the beginning of the affiliate order

5. You'll be redirected to the Affiliate view, which has a slightly different color background

6. After confirming that all the details you've entered are correct, simply click "Send to Affiliate"

Revising an Affilaite Order

1. The shop who has been sent the order will now receive the affiliate order in the "Incoming" tab of their Affiliate Orders module

2. After checking the details you sent them, they will be able to revise anything that may be inaccurate by editing them as they would a normal order, such as the color count, and subsequently send the revisions back to you by clicking "Send Order Revisions" in the Affiliate Order

3. Once they've done so, you will see a red Order ID in your Affiliate Orders, indicating that a change has been made

4. Once you click into the order, you'll see several red items for you to review - one them being "View Order Revisions" - clicking this will display a pop up with all the information about changes

5. The design which was affected will be in red, and after clicking in, so will the color count / quantities that were affected

6. Once you've reviewed the changes and you're ready to accept the order, simply click "Approve Order Revisions"

7. The receiving shop will then be able to approve the order on their end by clicking "Approve Affiliate Order"

8. From this point on, the flow will be the same as any other order in Stokkup

Art Approvals

1. From the Art module, the art team will be able to send an art approval directly into your account by clicking "Export Art Approval" from within their module

2. In your account, you can access the art approval by navigating to the "Incoming" tab of the Art module

3. From here, you can click "View File" to view the art approval

4. You can deny / approve the art approval from the drop down at the far right of the listing

5. The other shop will be updated on your selection and will then continue with their own workflow as usual

Shipping Information

1. Finally, once your order has been packaged and shipped out the door, the shipping team will click "Email Shipping Info" in thei Shipping module

2. Once clicked, they'll be able to confirm that they want to email you, and you will receive an email containing the following:

- Tracking links

- Shipping Manifest

- Packing Slip
